Know Your teeth better

Your dental health is an essential part of your health. Neglect of your teeth is most likely to reflect on your general well being. So take good care of your teeth and they will take good care of you.

Visit Your Dentist regularly
You must visit your dentist preferably every six months but at least once a year. This will help to correct conditions and treat small problems before they have a chance to develop into something serious. Your dentist will do a professional cleaning and remove the tartar on your teeth and gums.

Should there be any signs of tooth decay your dentist will treat the cavity and tell you how to keep your teeth healthy and strong.... for a life time.

The Five Golden Rules for Healthy Teeth

  1. Eat the food that have vitamins and minerals they are not always costly...
    For eg: Milk, Egg, Banana, Apple.
  2. Dont eat sweets or sticky foods between meals like Cake, Ice Cream chocolate...
  3. Brush your teeth after every meal to remove plaque.
  4. Use a good toothpaste and toothbrush.
  5. Vist your dentist regularly (preferably every six months).
